It's by far our most popular PADI course. It's all enclusive in the one price, no surprises, for our Syracuse and Utica Rome classes. (Binghamton area see below)

During the course you will learn all the skills needed to dive confidently and independently of a dive professional.

Knowledge Development (classroom and independent study)
- This course is the E-Learning option! ( That means that the coursework will be provided online via the PADI E-Learning platform, course will include a PADI E-Learning access code)
Confined Water Training (pool sessions)
Open Water Training (two days of open water diving)

You may even be able to get college credit for taking this course. Ask your instructor for details.

For our Binghamton area folk's. Unfortunately we have to rent a pool and a Life Guard in your area and your certification dives are at Lake Hydra in Bethlehem, PA.

The Binghamton classes have additional fee's. Please allow us to provide you a quote before you sign up so you'll know the total cost.

Age Requirment for Online Registration

13 Years or older ** (See discloser below for 10, 11 and 12 year old divers)

Time Commitment:

8-15 hours of On-line Knowledge Development

Course Prerequisites:

Be able to swim; be medically fit for diving

** We ask that you contact the Dive Center directly to register 10, 11 and 12 year old students.

**A student "Ready Review", This is a simple conversation between your Aquatic World PADI Instructor, you the Parent and the junior diver, prior to enrollment just to make sure they are ready.

The Aquatic World "All Inclusive Diver Certification Package", includes all of these items:

*PADI Student Learning Package: PADI E-Learning Code, PADI registration files and lifetime certification upon successful completion of the course, Instructor Costs, Divers E-Log Book, Open Water Diver Slate and the use of Aquatic World Scuba Gear kit for both your Pool Classes and Open Water check out dives.

*Personal Student Equipment Package: This is your: Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Boots, Mesh Gear Bag, Regulator Mouthpiece, Mask no-fog, & Mask EZ-Strap.

You'll need to schedule an appoitment 315.458.1955 to come into the Dive Center as soon as possible to spend about 45 minutes to an hour with our Pro-Staff to get your Personal Equipment fitted and ready to hit the water for your first class.

You pick the color & the style of your gear from industry leading brands.

No other purchases necessary! All other gear required is included. Everything needed to become a Certified PADI Open Water Diver is in this package.

This includes the PADI E-Learing Access Code, that gives you access to the coursework and training videos.
