PADI dive shops offer this program either in a pool, off a beach or from a dive boat. You can try scuba close to home or while you’re on vacation at a dive destination. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. To sign up for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. You will need to bring a towel, swim suit, a T-shirt that can get wet & a hair tie if needed.
You will also need to have a signed PADI Medical Form filled out and signed prior to arriving to class.

You will arrive to Aquatic World and learn the Discover Scuba skills in the classroom from one of our PADI Professionals. Then you move to the pool deck where you get hands on with our top of the line scuba equipment. Your PADI Pro will assemble your "kit" and prepare you to take your first underwater breath.
